After all, this work is... like we all are... a work in progress!
On August 13, 2015, the site was upgraded from v1.6.2 to v1.7.1, then v1.7.2 which involved extensive core changes. The upgrade went smoothly, however, the customized Rural theme compatible with version 1.7.x is currently being rewritten based on the modern bootstrap framework and will be activated as soon as possible.

Since installing the v1.2.3 upgrade, error conditions occur in the bottom of each page relating to undefined SHOW_STATS variable in conjunction with the footer.php, functions-print.php and print-footer.php modules. Other themes do not show these conditions, so error must be related to rural theme's compatibility with WT 1.2.3.
Status: Resolved by installing rural theme for webtrees version 1.2.3.
Upgraded to v1.2.2 then v1.2.3 in the first week of August, 2011. The webtrees fork of PhpGedView has bypassed the RSS generating capabilities due to ratio of workload to interest level and demand. Also, they seem to lack expertise in pursuing this feature, though they would welcome it as an add-on by any developer willing to under-take the project. I have started looking at PhpGedView's module in an attempt to create a parallel process in a more streamlined process.
Individual view defaults to google maps, though it is set to default to personal information. In addition, the google maps api seems to be wonky.
The Interactive tree option in the Charts pull-down menu is missing it's image which is only a cosmetic issue. I also noticed other missing images in the various toolbars - i.e. Fullscreen in the compact tree panel and center in the tv control box of the interactive tree panel.
Status: Resolved with installation of new release of rural theme for webtrees version 1.2.1.
